Please note that providers of accommodations (e.g. hotels, motels, apartments, B&B’s etc.), attractions, transportation providers, tour operators or any other travel provider or provider of any related product or service as available on the Website may have, use or apply terms and conditions, house rules or other terms for the use, access or consummation of the relevant service or product offered in addition to the following Terms of Use of Tripsrentals.
For all other reservations, please refer to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Definitions
In these Terms of Use:
“Information” means all of the information available on the Website, including but not limited to:
“Permitted Purpose” means the purpose of comparing hotel accommodation and car rental rates and services in connection with the making of Bookings or travel arrangements, but excludes any republication or resupply of the Information or any part of the Information to consumers by any electronic means.
“Website” means www.Tripsrentals.com or any other website fully owned and operated by Tripsrentals.
“Offer” means the goods, products and services offered by a third party or us
“Offer Provider” means any provider of accommodations (e.g. hotels, motels, apartments, B&B’s etc.), attractions, transportation providers, tour operators and/or any other travel provider or provider of any related product or service as available on the Website.
“Booking” means the order, purchase, rental, hire, payment, booking or reservation of an Offer.
2. Services and Website Access
2.1 The Website Tripsrentals provides an online platform through which Offers supplied by Offer Providers are available for Booking and through which visitors of the Website can search, compare, reserve, purchase or pay for such Offers. Upon Booking with Tripsrentals payment can be made either directly on the Website or at arrival with the relevant Offer Provider.
2.2 Prepaid Bookings are Bookings for which you pay Tripsrentals at the time you make the Booking, excluding charges that you must pay the Offer Provider directly upon arrival. By making such prepaid Booking on the Website, you agree to pay us for facilitating the Booking with the Offer Provider as presented on the Website using the selected form of payment. Tripsrentals will confirm your Booking and will handle the Booking with the Offer Provider.
2.3 Pay-later Bookings are Bookings which are presented on the Website and for which you will pay the Offer Provider directly upon arrival. By making such Pay-later Booking, you enter into a direct binding contractual relation with the relevant Offer Provider. Tripsrentals solely acts as an intermediary between the Offer Provider and you, transmitting the relevant details regarding the Offer and the Booking to the Offer Provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Offer Provider following a Booking.
2.4 The Website contains a fraud detection system which could refuse payments or other services which are performed via the Website.Tripsrentals shall at times be entitled to refuse payments and other services or require you to provide additional information or answer questions in order to validate or authenticate a payment or other actions performed via the Website and/or to Tripsrentals. Tripsrentals shall not be responsible or liable for any damages resulting therefrom, for instance in case due to a refused payment an Offer is no longer available for Booking.
2.5 By accessing the Website, you:
a. agree to be bound by these Terms of Use; and
b. warrant that you have attained the age of 18 years.
3. Prohibited Activities
You shall not:
a. reproduce in a material form, publish, perform in public, communicate to the public, or make an adaptation of the Information or any part of the Information other than for the Permitted Purpose;
b. access or monitor the Information or any part of the Information using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means without our prior written consent;
c. violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Website or bypass or circumvent any other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Website;
d. take any action that imposes, or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
e. attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by us in connection with the Website.
4. Indemnity

We, therefore, cannot guarantee that all Information is accurate, correct, complete and we cannot be held responsible for any errors, misleading or untrue Information. Our Website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality service level, rating and type of accommodation or Offer of any Offer Provider.
5.2 Verification of Information
You must verify the accuracy of the Information before accepting or using any Offer.
5.3 Assumption of risk
You assume all risk in connection with your:
a. use of the Website and the Information; and
b. acceptance and use of any Offer. Tripsrentals has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. 6. No warranty
We do not give any warranties and therefore do not warrant and cannot be held responsible for:
a. The quality or conditions of the accommodation's facilities, availability or service provided;
b. The transmission of, or ultimate accommodation of, special requests provided while using the site to purchase or book an Offer;
c. The accuracy, quality, completeness, or reliability of the Website, the Information and any Offer;
d. that the Website and the Information will be error-free, virus free, uninterrupted (whether due to any temporary or partial breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance to our Website or otherwise) or free from unauthorised use or hackers.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The software required for our services are available at or used by our Website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) in relation to the contents, and Information, and material, on our Website are owned by the Offer Providers or us.
7.2 Tripsrentals exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Website including the guest reviews and translated content, and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand without our expressed written permission. To the extent that you would (wholly or partly) use or combine our (translated) content (including guest reviews) or would otherwise own any intellectual property rights in the Website or any (translated) content or guest reviews, you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to FinsHotel for no consideration. Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions or behaviour will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).
